Shipping & Delivery Policy
Whenever you place an order on the Knifeprint, you can expect a confirmation email with all purchase details. The confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered with your Knifeprint Account or used during the checkout process.
Orders placed before noon are processed within the same day and dispatched for shipping within 6-15 business days.
When you place an order after noon, it is processed on the following day and dispatched for shipping within 6-15 business days.
N.B: We do not fulfill orders to these countries:
- North Korea
Customers are solely responsible for complying with all rules, laws, and regulations in their respective countries regarding the shipment of knives/knife blanks. Knifeprint is not liable for any such inconveniences during shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
For US customers, expect to receive your package within a week from the time it is dispatched from our US facility. However, packages that are dispatched from our EU facility take approximately two weeks to be delivered to US customers.
Delivery of orders for EU customers takes approximately one week to be delivered from the time the package is dispatched from our EU facility.
It takes between 2 weeks to one month for international customers to receive their packages
How to Track your Order
The status of your order can be tracked on your Knifeprint Account. Customers can view the progression of their orders from the moment the order is placed, processed, dispatched, and shipped to deliver.
We ship goods via local courier services. When your package is sent out, you will get the information via email.
Within the United States, orders are shipped to customers via USPS.
We ship orders to EU customers via DPD and the National Post Office.
For Knifeprint customers in other countries (excluding the EU zone and United states) we use the National Post Office to ship packages
Who pays for International import taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment.
Unfortunately, Knifeprint has no control over these charges. Customs determine these charges and Knifeprint has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
My package has been shipped but they have not delivered it yet. Why?

Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping applies only to US customers.
Knifeprint aims to make returns and exchanges as simple as possible. If you would like to return your order please Contact Us at firstname.lastname@example.org first. Packages are valid for return within 10 days of the original delivery.
When Can I expect a refund?
We don't withhold refunds. Refunds are normally processed within 2 working business days after the returned goods are inspected and approved.
