Your content may be accessed by other users as is the case with public projects.

You maintain ownership of and responsibility for the projects you create using our Service (hereby referred to as User Content). By creating, submitting or transmitting to, posting or otherwise making your User Content available to our Website, you acknowledge and agree that you have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of your User Content, you will evaluate and bear all risks associated with your User Content, and under no circumstances will Knifeprint and/or its affiliates, agents and licensors and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees be liable in any way for your User Content as you transmit or otherwise use it, including but not limited to any errors or omissions.

The Website allows users to publish their projects as Public projects. If you publish your project as Public, then it can be viewed, copied, saved and modified by other users. The project will be deemed to have a worldwide, royalty- free and non-exclusive license to use the intellectual property contained in it without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Public project, and to permit persons to whom the Public project is made available to do the same.

This may include the links you click, the Editor tools you use, the projects you view and load and other aspects of our services.
