Do you offer support?

You can send any questions you have to support@knifeprint.com.

Are there any hidden fees or contracts?

There are no hidden fees or contracts. Our Pro plan is not recurring. Once your subscription ends you will be notified about it. You can then refresh it manually. Everything is under your control.

What are the limitations of the free plan?

With the free plan you have access to all template and public projects. You can create unlimited public projects from existing templates and save them to the cloud. However, the ability to switch them to private projects and create projects from scratch is only available to our Pro users. The free plan does not include exporting to PNG, PDF or DXF.

What is the difference between public and private projects?

Public projects are available for any user to view and copy. This is a great way to share with the community. Private projects are best suited for commerical use, since nobody else other than the owner can access them.

Will I lose my projects if my subscription ends?

Your projects will not be deleted and you will regain access to them once you refresh your subscription.

What happens to my private projects once my subscription ends?

Your private projects will remain private and you will have full access to them.

Can I use the free plan for commercial purposes?

Of course you can.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently, we only accept payments through PayPal. We will soon add support for other forms of payment.

Is my data secured?

We have taken every possible measure to ensure the safety of your data. All our communications are encrypted with SSL over a secure connection and your data are stored securely in our servers. You can also read our Privacy Policy.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer 15 days of money-back guarantee.

Which browsers do you currently support?

Knifeprint is fully compatible with Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Any other browsers are compatible as well, but there may be some unknown issues. If you detect any, you can report them through our Feedback system.

What if I have more questions?

When will I receive my laser cutting service order?

Your order will be shipped 15 days after the payment is confirmed. Shipping times vary by location.

Can I order more than one project?

You can order only a single project at a time from the instant quote system. You have to place separate orders for each project. If you wish to make a bigger order, you can place a custom quote at knifeprint.com/quote.

Do I need a Pro subscription to use the laser cutting service?

You do not need to be a Pro user to use our laser cutting service. However, the instant quote service is available for Pro users only. Free users can use knifeprint.com/quote to send inquiries.

Why are there fewer materials available for the instant quote service compared to manual quotes?

The instant quote service is currently experimental. Accurate prices are given only for the available materials. You can still manually inquire about our other materials through knifeprint.com/quote.

When will I receive my TC2 Summer Promo blank?

Promotional blanks will be shipped to eligible subscribers by the end of the summer sale.

I have bought an Annual Pro subscription during the summer sale. Will I receive the promotional blank?

The TC2 Summer Promo blank is available only for users who purchase the Lifetime Pro subscription during the summer sale.

I have already bought a Lifetime Pro subscription. Will I receive the promotional blank?

Only users who purchase a Lifetime Pro Subscription during the summer sale will receive the TC2 Summer Promo blank.

Who has access to the Instant Quote System?

Only Pro users can use the instant quote system. Free users can use knifeprint.com/quote to send inquiries.

Is the instant quote system available worldwide?

The instant quote system is available for any order within the USA and orders of 3+ units (excluding the “+1 blank” offer) internationally.

Which users can use the “+1 blank” offer of the Instant Quote System?

The “+1 blank” offer is available for Pro users only.

How many times can I use the “+1 blank” offer on my instant quote orders?

Each user can use the “+1 blank” offer for two orders from the instant quote system. The offer is applied to the first two orders.

Is the “+1 blank” offer a recurring offer?

Yes the “+1 blank” offer will become available again in the future.

What payment methods are available for the Laser Cutting service?

You can pay through PayPal or Bank Transfer.

Will customs charges apply to my orders?

Orders shipped to the USA are shipped from within the USA and thus no customs charges apply.

Orders shipped to the EU are shipped from within the EU and thus no customs charges apply.

Customs charges may apply to orders shipped to any other country.
